Pilot IC-50 ink cartridges are available in black, blue, and red. They are compatible with Pilot fine writing fountain pens, including the Capless, Custom 74, Heritage 92, Falcon, Silver, and Prera. They can also be used in Pilot Kakuno and Pilot Metropolitan fountain pens.

Pilot fountain pens use standard international ink cartridges, but Milligram recommends sticking to Pilot’s own cartridges due to slight design differences.
